A day at the beach
last sunday, the four of us, ain, kisha, non n myself had our much anticipated picnic outing at ecp..poor ita cant join us cos the customers needed her service eventho its a holiday..ok, dat sounded totally wwrong! haha..in other words, she had to work.
the picnic was great..the weather was gd, eventho there was a slight drizzle in the late aftn..so much good food yet nt that many ppl..looking at the food, we unisonly agreed that there's no way we can finish all of it! i guess we over-estimated on the food..the excitement in us and lack of experience must have led to that..well, its our first picnic outing u see, complete with a big tent and a make-shift bbq pit..hehe
well, the day started at 8.45am where i fetched the girls from tamp mrt stn..yes, i managed to use the car after sending my dad to work early in the morning..no surprises, we saw many, many colourful tents stretched along the east coast beach while driving towards the carpark.. but we managed to get a gd spot to pitch the tent..away from the mats n minahs!now i shall let the photos n captions do the talking..

lets just say that the tent is huge enough to fit all four of us..yes ain, we know that u're gobsmacked that u can stand in the tent! so could we!! muahaha *no pun intended*

to sum it all, we had a good bonding time during the beach outing..known one another for so long, yet there's still so many things to share about..took a walk by the beach n caught the sunset..such a mesmerising view that was..left around 7 plus..tired but cherished every bit of the outing! thanks alot for the company gerls!

cant believe that the holidays are almost over..tmr is the last day of the long holiday already..n what have i done for the past few days? lets jus say i have yet to touch any of my lecture notes n readings..ish2 i shall psycho myself to at least start reading some tmr..heheon sat, i met up with faizal to accompany him to watch a malay theatre performance called ME DIA..fyi, faizal is one of my pioneer guy frens whom i got to know thru the once deemed as the 'most happening' place: MIRC..hehe coincidentally, he's also my brother's colleague in the police coast guard..anw he asked if i'd like to watch the performance since he happened to have one extra ticket..y not, since i had nothing planned that saturdaybefore u guys start having qualms and thinking that "gosh, dis gerl such a biatch! fancy goin out wif other guys wen she's already attached!", i did get the 'green light' from my bf ok..anw its nt dat i went out on a date with my guy fren..my niat is just to accompany him and at the same time watch the performance..wateva that we do, niat mau betul beb..hahawell, faizal decided nt to ride on that day cos first, he knew that i dislike riding a bike cos it'll ruin my tudung..hehe second, its better if we go public cos that's the time we can update each other abt our lives..the last time i met him was like a year ago, so there's quite a lot to talk abt..then he, being a gentleman, wanted to pick me up from my blk and then walk to the mrt stn together..i was like, "no need la, meet at the mrt stn ok already.." haha im so nt used to that kind of treatment fr a guy..ni lah org2 seni..they are more charismatic and charming i guess..fyi, faizal is quite active in acting in teater melayu n he recently acted in hanyut, despite working full time as a coast guard..heheso once we reached victoria theatre, i saw a lot of org2 seni like encik nadiputra, azhar nor lesta, som said etc..so faizal introduced to me who is who..some i only recognise their faces cos they acted on tv before but dunno their names..haha so its a gd feeling la..n naturally, his frens thot that i was his "ma'am"..but he was quick to brush that assumption off and reinforced that im jus a fren..haha anw the performance was ok..2 1/2 hrs long..dats considered long for a teater performance i must say..but the language they used was kinda deep..bahasa melayu yg berbunga-bunga..so most of the time, i haf no idea what the characters meant..haha dat shows how bad i am at sastera melayu and i need faizal to explain to me certain parts to enlighten me..heheafter the show, took a cab home and i needed to prepare for the picnic outing with the gerls the following day..i'll blog on the picnic tmr since dis is already a pretty long entry..dun want u guys to bore urselves reading such a long n winding entry..haha

the long holidays are coming!! nt that i have much plans though..so far only got 1..that is to go for a picnic with the gerls at east coast..hehe other than dat, jus slack at hm n be a couch potato..a lot of gd shows on tv anw
sch wasnt so bad..tutorials started this wk..so far so gd..expecting projects and more assignments in the weeks to come..so dats the down side
had lunch with adilah and her frens from the law faculty yest..i thot ppl fr law are quite intimidating cos they speak in their own language..hehe no surprise terms like liabilities were used in their conversation even with me around..however, these two malay gerls are nt as bad as i thot la..during lunch, we managed to switch to more down to earth topics such as guys and bitching abt other gerls..haha i didnt noe i could click with ppl fr law faculty..well mebbi these two are the exception..n i jus got to noe that nus only takes in on average 5 malay students into the law faculty per yr..gosh, they must be the cream of the crops man
i think i can click better with the law ppl as compared to arts faculty ppl..cos on another occasion, i had lunch with another of adilah's fren who's from arts faculty..n throughout the whole lunch session, i was quite uncomfortable with their topic of conversation..of all things, they were talking abt spore politics..well contents of the conversation cannot be revealed here..i dun wanna be the talk of the town about controversial and sensitive topics discussed on blogs..haha save me all the cheap publicity..well to get back on track, wat im trying to say is that i wonder how well i can adapt to different ppl when im in the corporate world..i think being able to integrate and participate in different topics of discussion is very important..i mean i cant just keep quiet while the rest are pouring out their thoughts rite?
all those aside..my bf has finally stopped ignoring me..haha fyi, we had an argument the other day..and he didnt call nor sms me until today..merajok lama seh..member bunga ah merajok2..haha but i dun blame him la..for once, i admitted that i was wrong..i provoked him to do the unexpected..well, he said he need a couple more days to feel perfectly ok abt the incident..well dis is wat happen to someone who dun usually gets furious..they take a longer time to be 'ok' n i feel so affected by it..well hopefully, things are gonna get better soon la..
okie i need to go do smth else now..till then n happy holidays ppl!

im bored! no sch for me today..i wanna go out n do some shopping but a tiny voice inside me says "no..better stay at home or u'll end up spending so much n complain abt the little money left in ur acct.." haha
well, i dunno y suddenly i feel like i need a makeover fr head to toe..hehe i need new clothes, shoes, accessories, make up..blah3 now i do want the same wish as Non, that $ would fall fr the sky.. thats the result of boredom for me u see.. i think about all these nonsensical stuff..by right, i have lecture notes n readings to keep me occupied for the weekend..
guess its time for a reality check and snap out of my day-dreaming mode..till then ppl!

smooth sailing..i've just got my tutorial allocation outcome..thankfully, i managed to get all the tutorial slots that i signed up for..for this semester, the CORS is very 'kind' to me..fyi, CORS is the website for nus students to bid for their modules n tutorials..unlike the past semesters, i had to go thru several rounds of bidding before i manage to get my modules..mebbi cos its the last time im using CORS, thats y, the system doesnt screw up!hehe anw, i had a date with dearie on mon..we went to catch the ghost of maenak..hmm, nt a great movie la..shld have watched family stone instead altho its a chick-flick..haiz after dat, went to have our dinner n walked ard heeren for a while before heading home..a quick date i must say..tapi takpe, at least hilang rasa rindu sekejap..muahahaoh yeah, next mon is the quadruple date session..me n dearie, kisha n her bf, ita and her date, while non will partner with ain..with ain taking up the male role..haha hopefully, all of us can make it la..its also a chance for dearie to meet n get to noe my frens..it'll be his first time meeting them after one yr plus being with me..ish2 well i guess there isnt a suitable timing to introduce him to the gerls..n i dun want to make any party feel uncomfortable..so i hope with kisha n ita bringing their 'guys', he wouldnt feel so awkward being surrounded by gorgeous gerls..hehewell, as mentioned, kisha is bringing her bf..so wat does that means? she's attached!!*ding ding ding* kwang3 i share her joy..n she seems happier now too! my best wishes to the newly gf-bf.. enjoy ur 'honeymoon' period k ;-)

well sch has started..however, lectures werent that intensive since its just the intro lect dis week..despite of that, i did not update my blog..guess the weather is making me so lazy to do anything
there isnt a day when it didnt rain at all for the past few weeks..if it wasnt for sch, i'd just sleep away at home..i missed my morning lect jus now..first lect n i missed it! haiz i ended up goin to sch for only 1hr jus now for my afternoon lect..a total waste of time n energy!
well i didnt go back straight after lect..went to the library since i want to install the viruscan software on my laptop..ended up spending 1 hr plus uninstalling my previous anti-virus software..by then, my laptop batt almost died off..while waiting for the uninstallation to complete, fell asleep on the couch..hehe but i was awaken by a voice..nt a ghost though!hehe but a voice of a guy reciting the
takbir raya..apparently, i was sitting near a door in the library which led to the musollah for the guys..so i think there was a group of guys praying asar at that moment.. its so nice to hear the guy reciting the
takbir after their prayers..so soothing n mendayu-dayu seh..wanted to peep thru the small glass panel on the door to check out who's voice that belongs too..but i changed my mind abt doin so..if the guys nampak, paiseh giler seh..haha
a note for that mysterious voice: im really smitten by ur voice..its nice to know that there are smart guys out there who are also religiously inclined..guess u're one of those few who comes in a nice combo package like dat..hehe mebbi if i wasnt attached, i would really check out n find out who u are :-)
well b, i haf yet to see that religious side of u..but i'll give u more time to unveil it..remember, u'll hafta be the

its raining yet again..haiz meeting non later to do eyebrow threading..but im having reservations abt it cos im nt sure wat to expect..i'll see how things go ltr..hehe n hopefully it stop rainingwell, i cant help it but to overhear my parents' conversation jus now..i didnt eavedrop la considering my dad's voice was quite loud..can hear fr my room..hehe he was telling my mum that he saw my mum's fren with his son at the bank just now..then my mum said "rajin anak kak Sal(mum's fren) slalu temankan dia gi mana2.." then my dad replied, "mcm mane anak kiter nak rajin mcm gitu, ros(my mum) sendiri tak mcm kak sal..kak sal rapat dgn anak2 dia.." my mum as usual, her reply "ape saje...."..always dun want to admit her mistakemet up with the girls at airport yest for dinner..ate at swensens n sat at BK since kisha wanna eat there..lepak there till abt 11pm talking abt haridz n irwan, the two guys who kisha n ita is dating respestively..hehe my frens r on cloud 9, n its obvious! dun deny dat kish! non n ain, when is ur turn to tell us abt guys dat u're interested in?hehe no pressure k, keep looking ard..mane tau tersangkut dgn mat kotai ke, bangla ke..kwang3

its a wet, wet day indeed..been raining for the past few days..a gd reason for me to stay at home and slack..hehe been taking a lot of naps and watching some dvds too..
sch is starting next week..managed to get all my social work modules..left with one more module to bid for..hopefully, i can get it so that i dont have to go through all the hassle like the past semesters..
tmr, meeting up with the girls for dinner and gathering all our kl pics together..then on fri, having a date with dearie..nt sure where we goin but one thing for sure, we're gonna talk and discuss abt 'our' new yr resolutions..still nt too late for that i hope..
wat else? hmm..dinah, our movie date..im so sori to keep on postponing it..but then, there's no great movies to watch now..ape kata we plan smth else? a game of bowling mebbi? if u're into bowling la..then u can bring ur dd along..we double date ah..hehe watever it is, i'll get back to u abt it k..
ok, i wanna do my usual routine now..lepak on my bed and watch tv..n after 1/2hr, its the tv's turn to watch me..haha
